The homeowners approached us with a dream far beyond a new garage; they envisioned a Carriage House with unlimited possibilities. This Accessory Dwelling Unit, or ADU, can be used as a home office, guest haven, fitness sanctuary, art studio, and even a cozy mother-in-law retreat. The Carriage House boasts a fresh two-car garage with in-floor heating, bike storage, and a dedicated shop. On the second floor, you’ll find a charming kitchenette, a full bathroom, a bedroom, and a spacious living area. It is currently serving as a retreat for guests, an extra living space, and a sleepover haven for their children.
