Refine
From day one, our construction experts are part of the conversation. Your design team works hand-in-hand with them to refine your vision, balancing beauty, function, budget, and schedule.
Prepare
As we approach construction, you’ll be given your construction agreement to sign. Behind the scenes, we secure permits and prepare all necessary documentation, so your project starts smoothly and confidently.
Construction
Your project comes to life under the guidance of your construction team. Stay connected via our online homeowner portal with updates, photos, and scheduling details, keeping you informed every step of the way.
Homestretch
The final phase is all about precision and care. We meticulously address every detail, ensuring your home looks and functions perfectly, ready for you to enjoy.
Follow-Up
