This new home had only been constructed four years prior but was in need of stucco mold remediation, new windows within the insulated concrete forms, and a complete redesign of the interior space. Quartersawn was able to add the homeowners’ own touches to the new house by adding in skylights to the entry area and Zen bathroom and creating a grand contemporary staircase with bamboo stairs and stainless-steel railings. The kitchen was redesigned to include quartersawn maple cabinetry and white Corian countertops. Creekside Contemporary received A National Grand Design Award from Remodeling Magazine.
