The owners of this beautiful South Minneapolis craftsman home came to Quartersawn with the dilemma most homeowners have – How to create a more functional use of space without sacrificing the charm and character of the home’s original architecture? With good design and not a lot of added square footage, we were able to completely redesign the 1980’s addition off the back of the house that included their kitchen, mudroom, powder bath, and family room.
