Refined Restoration

This charming 1909 tudor style home within walking distance from Lake of the Isles was updated and reconfigured to meet the needs of a growing family. By removing a secondary rear staircase that entered into the kitchen, we were able to create a large center island and breakfast nook with built-in bench seating. Now the family has plenty of space for dining, schoolwork, and family activities. This beautifully detailed kitchen features an arabesque tile backsplash, Restoration Hardware lighting, and brass accents. Quartersawn utilized space from an existing two car garage to create a new family room.
