This 1970’s ranch was purchased by the owners of Quartersawn, Jeff and Leslie, back in 2015. After three phases, they completed their full home remodel this past year. It is nearly impossible to imagine their bright and open home as the dark and heavy house it used to be. Visit us to see the transformation yourself and hear about the multi-phase project that modernized this home.
Unfortunately, this 1918 home was a victim of multiple remodels that failed to understand its character. With thoughtful and creative solutions, the layout was altered and a functional space was brought to life.
