This 1917 home is a survivor. Built during the onset of the Spanish Flu and now fully remodeled during the COVID-19 pandemic, one might wonder “if these walls could talk…” Quartersawn worked with the homeowners to preserve the character and the proportions of the original design while adding space and bringing in 21st-century amenities including an open floor plan, mudroom addition, walk-in pantry, exercise room and luxurious owners’ suite.
