Celebrating Milestones
Internally, we had much to celebrate this year, including multiple team members reaching their five-year anniversaries. These milestones highlight the passion and commitment of our team, whose craftsmanship and collaboration continue to drive our success.
Showcasing Our Craftsmanship
One of the highlights of 2024 was our participation in three major home tours: the Spring Remodelers Showcase, the Minneapolis St. Paul Home Tour, and the Fall Remodelers Showcase. These events allowed us to share our love of design and craftsmanship with the community while showcasing projects that reflect the unique vision and needs of each homeowner.
Spring Remodelers Showcase
For this event, we opened the doors to our Linden Hills Tudor home project. This stunning transformation included a one-story addition that brings the outdoors in. Sliding doors connect the new kitchen to an elegant, European-inspired stone patio. Inside, the addition created room for a spacious island, a well-appointed pantry, and a stylish bar area, blending functionality with timeless charm.
Minneapolis St. Paul Home Tour
We proudly presented our St. Anthony ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) during this tour. Designed with versatility and hospitality in mind, this charming space has become the perfect retreat for hosting guests, game nights, and family gatherings.
Fall Remodelers Showcase
Our Lake Harriet Revival project took center stage this fall. Collaborating closely with the homeowners, we honored the original character of the house while introducing modern functionality and elegance. The redesigned layout features a spacious eat-in island, a custom hood, and gothic-inspired archways that add a touch of grandeur.
Strengthening Community Ties
Giving back to our community has always been at the heart of what we do. In 2024, we proudly supported local organizations, including Bridging, Avivo, Mobile Hope, and Hearts and Hammers. Partnering with these impactful groups has been a rewarding way to make a positive difference and uphold our commitment to creating a stronger community.
