This year we will be showcasing a home at the 50th Summit Hill House Tour in Saint Paul. The tour will take place on October 8th, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
We are delighted to showcase the transformation of this enchanting home in a rich historical neighborhood. The current homeowners turned to Quartersawn, to bridge the past and the present, a transformation that would honor the home’s architectural heritage while introducing modern amenities.

Fall 2022 Remodelers Showcase
At the Fall 2022 Remodelers Showcase, we featured two home projects.
The first home project required careful planning and attention to the original essence of this 1936 Liebenberg and Kaplan home. With thoughtful imagination, we were able to build an addition that brings the outside in.
The second home we showcased was a redesigned 1920’s home. The original layout was cramped and didn’t function for the family. We opened the space and added modern amenities to create a family-friendly environment.
Spring 2022 Remodelers Showcase
For spring, of 2022, we showcased two home projects.
The first home is a classic 1970’s rambler that underwent a modern reinvention, bringing the dark and dated spaces into the present with elegant coastal-inspired finishes. Within its existing footprint, Quartersawn opened and transformed the kitchen and family room area, creating a family gathering space that is light, bright, and welcoming.
The second transformation we showcased was a Minneapolis home that had suffered from multiple misguided remodels. Within its existing footprint, Quartersawn opened and transformed the kitchen and family room area, creating a family gathering space that is light, bright, and welcoming.
Spring 2021 Remodelers Showcase
For this showcase, we highlighted this 1917 home. Quartersawn worked with the homeowners to preserve the character and the proportions of the original design while adding space and bringing in 21st-century amenities including an open floor plan, mudroom addition, walk-in pantry, exercise room, and luxurious owners’ suite.
