This home didn’t start from scratch. It started from experience.
After four previous projects together, these homeowners came to us with a clear sense of how they wanted to live and what they wanted to do differently this time. This fifth project wasn’t about more space. It was about getting closer to the way they actually move through their day.
The result is a custom new home that feels intentional at every turn. Scaled for two working professionals, it prioritizes function, personality, and a sense of ease over excess.
Every decision traces back to real life:
- A music room that gives creativity a place to live
- A basement designed for hosting—complete with a bar, tap, and shuffleboard
- Subtle details pulled from past homes and early memories, reworked into something new
What emerges is less a collection of features and more a continuation—ideas that have evolved over time, now resolved in a way that feels complete.
